License
Last updated 18 August 2026
Buying FisServer gives you a commercial license to use the source as the foundation of software you build — your own products and work you deliver to clients — with no limit on the number of projects and no per-seat fee.
You may
- Use the source in commercial and non-commercial projects you build.
- Use it in work delivered to clients, including deployments you hand over.
- Modify it however you need. It is your codebase from the moment you receive it.
- Give repository access to developers working on your projects.
You may not
- Resell, relicense or redistribute the source, modified or not.
- Publish it as your own starter kit, boilerplate or template.
- Share repository access outside the people building your projects.
The short version: build whatever you like on top of it, and do not sell the foundation itself.
Warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing what you deploy.
Questions about a case not covered here — an agency setup, an acquisition, an unusual arrangement — ask through thecontact form at fiscet.it. A license nobody can interpret is worse than no license.
